Who runs Imagixor?
Imagixor is a brand of ARCSTONE COLLECTIVE PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202539223R), 190 Clemenceau Avenue, #06-08 Singapore Shopping Centre, Singapore 239924. That company is the seller for all orders on this site.
Who makes and ships my order?
Your item is printed after you order and shipped by one of Printify’s print partners. The partner depends on the product and your location.
How long will it take?
Production and shipping times vary by product and destination, so we don’t promise one number. The shipping options and estimates for your order are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. As a rough guide, Printify says most orders are produced within 2–7 business days, with Standard shipping typically taking 2–5 business days in the US and 10–30 business days elsewhere. Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Our main market is the United States, and prices are in US dollars. Outside the US, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are paid by the buyer. LED desk mats are not shipped to the EU, Northern Ireland or the UK.
Paying with crypto
- We accept crypto only: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL and 300+ other coins, handled by a crypto payment processor.
- Prices are in US dollars. The exact crypto amount and deposit address are shown on the payment page after you place your order.
- Send the exact amount, on the network shown. Tokens sent on another network, or a different coin, may not arrive and might not be recoverable.
- If you pay from an exchange, it may take its withdrawal fee out of what you send. Make sure the full amount arrives.
- Your wallet charges a network fee when you send. We don’t add a checkout fee of our own.
- Your order goes into production once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. How long that takes depends on the network.
- If you underpay, the order is held until the full amount arrives. See the Refund Policy for underpayments, overpayments and crypto refunds.
Can I pay by card?
Not right now. A card option may be added later; this page will be updated if it is.
Are the designs made with AI?
Yes. Our designs are made with the help of AI tools, then selected and edited by us.
Can I return something?
Because each item is made to order, we can’t take returns for the wrong size or a change of mind, except where your local law gives you that right. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace or refund it. Crypto refunds are paid in USDT or USDC (your choice), for the order’s USD value at the time of purchase, minus the network fee. See the Refund Policy.
