Shipping
- We ship worldwide. Our main market is the United States, and prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Every item is printed on demand after you order, then shipped by one of Printify’s print partners. The partner depends on the product and your location.
- Delivery time is production time plus shipping time, and both vary by product and destination. The available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery for your order are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
- Items in one order may be made by different print partners and arrive in separate packages.
- Please double-check your shipping address before paying. Contact us quickly if it’s wrong; once an order is in production we may not be able to change it.
United States
For US addresses, the shipping options, costs and estimated delivery date are shown at checkout.
As a rough guide, Printify says most orders are produced within 2–7 business days, and that its Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days within the US and 10–30 business days to other countries. Some products, such as the LED desk mats, can take longer to produce. These are typical times, not guarantees; the estimate for your order is the one shown at checkout.
Outside the United States
- Customs duties, import taxes (such as VAT or GST) and customs handling fees may apply to orders shipped outside the US. They are set by your country, are not included in our prices, and are the buyer’s responsibility. The carrier or customs may collect them on delivery.
- Delivery to some countries takes longer, and some products can’t be shipped to every country.
Products with shipping restrictions
LED desk mats are not shipped to the European Union, Northern Ireland or the United Kingdom. If you order one for delivery there, we’ll cancel that item and refund it.
Returns
- Misprinted, damaged or faulty items: email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll replace the item or refund it.
- Because every item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind, except where your local law gives you that right. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
